Tickets are only available to buy on our website.
Tickets include access to the College and gardens, as well as the 425 Anniversary Exhibition, and free parking on the day of the festival.
We recommend that festival-goers purchase their tickets well in advance. You should receive a ticket via email once you have purchased them online. You must bring this to the event and will not be permitted to enter the event without one.
Stonyhurst Enterprises reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute writers without notice to another title deemed suitable for the event and its audience. We may need to change venues for particular events at short notice. We recommend checking the website for the most up-to-date information.
Q. Do you provide refunds?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. We appreciate that sometimes circumstances mean that you can no longer make an event, in those situations please try to pass the tickets on to a friend or family member, as we are unable to offer refunds if you decide not to come.
Q. How long do the talks last?
A. Unless otherwise stated, talks and authors events, will last approximately one hour. There will also be the opportunity to buy authors’ works. Blackwell’s University Bookshop will be providing the bookshop at the event situated in the More Library and available throughout the festival.
Q. Is there disabled access around the building?
A. The College itself is a Grade 1 listed building as has limited disabled access. We do not have lift access to the upper floors. We will do our upmost to make the event as accessible as possible but if you would like any further information or have any specific requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q. Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is not permitted on College Grounds. This includes vaping.
Q. Can I bring my dog to the festival?
A. Unfortunately only guide or assistance dogs are allowed at the event.
Q. Is parking available at the festival?
A. Free parking is available on site. There will be a short walk to the College venues. Disabled drop off and parking will be available for blue badge holders. If you require a disabled parking space, please let us know prior to the event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Will there be toilet facilities on site?
A. Yes, including disabled toilets.
Q. Is there anywhere available to purchase food and drink?
A. Café facilities will be available onsite from 10am until 5pm on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th August.
